Zensar eSupport Mobile

A mobile application enabling complete Zensar eSupport functionality for ticket management, field engineering and technical support requests. This application is used to create, view, and modify tickets; check status of support requests; submit field engineering and parts requests; view system and contact information; and receive critical ticket event notifications.
